Learning outcomes: Plan and carry out own research in the field of marketing, analyze its results and justify the adoption of effective marketing decisions in conditions of uncertainty. To be able to increase the effectiveness of the marketing activity of the market entity at different levels of management, to develop and manage projects in the field of marketing. To justify marketing decisions at the level of a market entity using modern management principles, approaches, methods, and techniques. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions requires the use of new approaches and forecasting. The ability to realize the need for life-long learning, which is largely autonomous and independent, with the aim of deepening the acquired and acquiring new professional knowledge.

Summary of the subject: Financial management system. Estimating the value of money over time in the financial management system. Asset management. Profit management. Cost and optimization of capital structure. Investment management. Financial Risk management. Analysis of financial statements. Financial forecasting and planning of the company. Crisis financial management in the enterprise.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (100): performance and protection of laboratory work (40%); performance and defense of practical works (20%); execution and protection of control works (20%) control testing (20%). Current control: oral frontal and sample survey; discussion of problematic theoretical issues; performance and protection of laboratory work; discussion of situational tasks and cases. Final control: differentiated credit based on the results of current control.
