Learning outcomes: As the studies results, student has: • know: principles and main types of enterprise business models, features and factors influencing the formation and effectiveness of business models, mechanisms and tools of modern methodologies for modeling business processes of enterprises • to be able to: Using knowledge on the formation of different types of the enterprise business models, analyze business processes, evaluate the effectiveness of the current and projected enterprise business model, manage the life cycle of the business model

Summary of the subject: Enterprise business model: evolution and classification. Formation of the enterprise business models. Models of the business associations in Ukraine. Modern organizational forms and models of international business. Business models of TNCs on the world market. Business modeling technology. Outline business model. Business models and external sources of funding for creative startups. Business model life cycle management.
Assessment methods and criteria: • current control (30%, laboratory work, verification work) • final control (70%, differentiated test)
