Learning outcomes: • to know the basic stages of development and reorganization, strategic and tactical marketing goals and objectives of the company, existing and potential customers enterprise functions of marketing manager, key areas of marketing services of companies and their consistency with the general development objectives, key success factors and causes of failures commodity markets and their segments, strengths and weaknesses of the company on the market; • to be able to identify unmet needs in commodity markets and analyze their level of saturation; measure the effectiveness of marketing tools; identify competitive strategy and development strategy; find organizational and economic reserves to improve the competitiveness of the company and its market value, uses of marketing opportunities and neutralize threats marketing; • acquire the skills of situational analysis, modeling of market situations, effective organization of analytical studies using IT-technology and creative approach to solving marketing problems for the enterprise in modern conditions.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Strategic marketing, Ad-management, Marketing Management, Innovative Commodity Policy. Co-requisites: the fulfilment of Master`s Thesis.
Summary of the subject: General information about the company, its development strategy. Organizational support of the marketing activities in the enterprise. Analysis of financial and economic performance of the company. Analysis of marketing commodity policy. Analysis of pricing policies. Analysis of sales. Analysis of product promotion. SWOT-analysis investigated the company. Research of the market on wich the company is working on. Health and the environment. Conclusions and recommendations.
