Learning outcomes: As a result of the discipline studying a student must be able to demonstrate the program learning outcomes: - Be able to use the tools of a democratic legal state in professional and public activities, to make decisions on the basis of relevant data and established values; - Have information on current regulations, legislation, industry standards of professional activity at institutions, industries, organizations of the industry / field (according to specialization); - To analyze socially and personally significant worldview problems, to realize the value of independence protection, territorial integrity and democratic system of Ukraine; - Understand the features of communication, interaction and cooperation in international cultural and professional contexts; - Have a culture of speech, choose the optimal communication strategy in communication with groups and individuals; - Communicate clearly and unambiguously professional knowledge, justifications and conclusions to specialists and the general public in the state and foreign languages; - Analyze and assess risks, problems in professional activities and choose effective ways for their solution; - Independently plan and organize own professional activities and the activities of students and subordinates; -. Know the basics of psychology, pedagogy, as well as basic and applied sciences at the level necessary to achieve other learning outcomes provided for in this standard and training programme; - Have psychological and pedagogical tools for the educational process organization, be able to design and implement educational / development projects; - Be able to design and implement training / development projects; - Apply in professional activities modern didactic and methodological principles of disciplines teaching and choose appropriate technologies and techniques in the educational process; - Have the skills to stimulate cognitive interest, motivation to learn, professional self-determination and self-development of students; - Diagnose, predict, ensure the effectiveness and adjustment of the educational process to achieve program learning outcomes and assist students in the implementation of individual educational trajectories; - Know the basics and understand the operation principles of technological equipment and equipment of the industry (according to specialization); - Perform calculations related to the sphere of the professional activity. - Be able to select and apply the necessary equipment, tools and methods to solve typical complex problems in the area (according to specialization); - Interact empathetically, be responsible for decision-making within own competence, adhere to the standards of the professional ethics; - Apply international and national standards and practices in the professional activity; - Apply software for e-learning and distance learning as well as provide their educational and methodological support; - Understand the socio-economic processes taking place in Ukraine and the world, have the skills of the efficient management; - Have the basics of personnel and resource management, skills of planning, control, reporting at industries, institutions, organizations of the area / field; - Ensure equal opportunities and adhere to the principles of gender parity in the professional activities

Summary of the subject: The course work contributes to a thorough study by students of basic and additional scientific and methodological and educational literature, highlighting the main and secondary (leading idea, key provisions, opinions, facts, etc.), finding similarities and differences in psychological and pedagogical processes and phenomena, generalization of specific sociological data, establishing causal links; systematization and grouping of material by general features, selection and structuring of the processed information, drawing up of structural and logical schemes of educational process, etc. The subject of the course work should correspond to the objectives of the discipline "Theory and methods of vocational training" and be associated with the implementation of theoretical principles in the practical activities of a teacher of practical training in the field of computer technology.
