Learning outcomes: ЗН1. To have methods and tools for substantiating management decisions regarding the creation and functioning of business, trade and stock exchange structures. ЗН2. Know the requirements for activities in the specialty, which are determined by the need to ensure the sustainable development of Ukraine, its strengthening as a democratic, social and legal state. ЗН3. Demonstrate basic and structured knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activities for further use in practice. ЗН4. Use knowledge of the forms of interaction of subjects of market relations to ensure the activity of business, trade and exchange structures. ЗН5. Evaluate the characteristics of goods, works and services in business, trade and exchange activities using modern methods ЗН6. Know the regulatory and legal support for the activities of business, trade and stock exchange structures and apply it in practice. ЗН7. Know the basics of accounting and taxation in business, trade and stock exchange activities. ЗН8. To know the basics of business planning, assessment of market conditions and the results of business, trade and exchange structures, taking into account risks. UM 1. Apply acquired knowledge to identify, set and solve problems in various practical situations in business, trade and stock market activities. UM 3. To have written and oral professional communication skills in national and foreign languages. UM 4. To use modern computer and telecommunication technologies for the exchange and distribution of professionally oriented information in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and stock market activity. To organize search, independent selection, high-quality processing of information from various sources for the formation of data banks in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activities. Block 1. "Commodity science and customs examination of goods" UM 13. To have methods and tools for substantiating management decisions regarding customs examination of goods. UM 14. To be able to evaluate the characteristics of goods, works and services. UM 15. Apply appropriate methods during customs examination of goods. UM 16. Demonstrate knowledge and ability to carry out examination of the quality of goods and services. Block 2. "Commercial activity and international transfer of goods" UM 17. To have methods and tools for substantiating management decisions in commercial activities. UM 18. Apply knowledge and skills to ensure effective organization of commercial activity and international transfer of goods. UM 19. To demonstrate the ability of business planning and evaluation of the results of commercial activities in the field of technology transfer. UM 20. Identify, classify and describe the operation of transfer systems and their components. Block 3. "Electronic commerce" UM 21. Ability to create mathematical models and decision-making algorithms using algorithmic and software. UM 22. Demonstrate the ability to build e-commerce business models. UM 23. Apply knowledge of electronic market elements; features of virtual enterprises, tactical methods of electronic commerce. UM 24. The ability to develop analytical data repositories with the help of appropriate software, using survey results, requests, features of the chosen method of presenting knowledge. Block 4. "Internet trade" UM 25. To have methods and tools for substantiating management decisions regarding the organization of Internet trade. UM 26. Demonstrate the ability to build Internet trade business models. UM 27. Apply knowledge of electronic market elements; features of virtual enterprises, tactical methods of Internet trade. UM 28. Ability to use payment systems, model and forecast in Internet trade. KOM1. Summary of the subject: 1. Organizational and legal form of the enterprise. 2. Organization of work on the implementation of the main types of activities. 3. Sources and channels of receiving information to ensure the company's activities, the procedure for its processing. 4. Formation of the structure of the assortment of the trading enterprise. 5. Analysis of the origin of goods by barcode. 6. Determination of manufacturers of goods by marking features. 7. Evaluation of commodity stocks of the base, warehouse, store and their optimization. 8. Calculation of the optimal batch and interval of delivery of goods. 9. Checking the quality, conformity of labeling, completeness of goods of domestic (foreign) production sold by the enterprise. 10. Determination of the degree of environmental safety of goods and containers (on the example of a specific group of goods). 11. Peculiarities of monitoring compliance with service technology, compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, safety techniques, and protection of the environment from pollution. 12. Analysis of the supply of enterprises with the necessary technological equipment for storing goods. 13. Development of measures to eliminate the causes of violations of trade and technological processes and improve the quality of service. 14. Organization of operational control of storage regimes of goods. 15. Organization, conclusion and registration of the agreement on the purchase of goods. 16. Organization and implementation of progressive methods of selling goods. 17. Formation of a business plan for the development of a trading enterprise. 19. Peculiarities of managing finances, stock, and commodity support of a trading enterprise. 20. Organization of financial incentives at the enterprise.

Program results: be able to use information technology and communication networks for environmental tasks; substantiate environmental technologies based on the understanding of the mechanisms of human impact on the environment and the processes occurring in it; be able to develop projects on environmental activities and manage complex actions for their implementation.

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control, oral examination - (30%); Final control (control measure, credit): written form - (70%).
