Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ZK1. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ZK2. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity. ZK3. Ability to communicate in the national language both orally and in writing. ZK5. Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level. ZK9. Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups at different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity). ZK11. The ability to evaluate and ensure the quality of the work performed. professional competences: FK4. Ability to provide technical and functional characteristics of systems and tools used in medicine and biology (for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation). FC5. The ability to apply physical and mathematical methods in the analysis and modeling of the functioning of biotechnical systems. FC7. The ability to plan, design, develop, install, operate, maintain, maintain, monitor and coordinate the repair of devices, equipment and systems for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, as well as Internet of Things devices used in hospitals and research institutes. FCS1.2. Knowledge of modern methods of designing biotechnical and medical devices and systems, including telemedicine devices and the Internet of Things, in accordance with the requirements of current standards, rules and norms of labor protection. FCS1.3. Knowledge of engineering methods of calculation and selection of the field of application of classic and modern designs of machine parts, assemblies and mechanisms used in modern biotechnical and medical devices and systems taking into account nanomaterials
Learning outcomes: By the end of the study, learners are expected to be able to: - Know the basic provisions of the general methodology of design of electronic devices, modeling basics structures and physical processes that occur in structures during their operation; Basics of the theory of reliability of electrical devices; understand basic physical processes in structures and their destabilizing effects on the functioning of electronic devices; - Be able to analyze the qualitative characteristics of accepted design solutions.

Summary of the subject: The design of electronic devices and design methodology. The physical processes in the operation of electronic devices and their interaction with the surrounding infrastructure. General methodology of design of electronic devices: a systematic approach to building construction and analysis, mathematical modeling of physical processes in the construction, optimal synthesis of design solutions. Fundamentals of modeling structures and physical processes. Modeling of heat transfer in the construction of electronic devices. Modeling of moisture in the construction of electronic devices. Modelling of the mechanical characteristics of structures of electronic devices. Basics of the theory of reliability of electric devices.
Опис: The program of the academic discipline covers the spectrum of knowledge on modeling the structures of radio-electronic and electronic computing devices, modeling physical processes in structures during the functioning of electronic devices (EE) and their interaction with the surrounding infrastructure, as well as determining their reliability indicators.
