Learning outcomes: Appointment of acoustic research methods in medicine. Features and requirements for the operation of ultrasonic scanners. Structure, technical capabilities, features of scheduled maintenance and use. Apparatus for endoscopic ultrasonography (principle of operation, calculation of biomedical parameters, setting therapeutic procedures, hardware and software modules of the apparatus, features of therapeutic programs).

Summary of the subject: Appointment of acoustic research methods in medicine. Features and requirements for the operation of ultrasonic scanners. Structure, technical capabilities, features of scheduled maintenance and use. Apparatus for endoscopic ultrasonography (principle of operation, calculation of biomedical parameters, setting therapeutic procedures, hardware and software modules of the apparatus, features of therapeutic programs).
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control learning (Evaluation of laboratory work and verbal questioning); control measure ( examination in the form of written answers to exam questions and verbal questioning to assess the general level of knowledge in the discipline)
