Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education:

– FK6. Ability to carry out instrumental measurements in information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio engineering systems;

– FK8. Willingness to promote the introduction of promising technologies and standards;
FK11. The ability to compile normative documentation (instructions) for operational and technical maintenance of information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems, as well as according to test programs;
– FK13. The ability to organize and implement occupational health and safety measures in the process of operation, maintenance and repair of information and telecommunication network equipment, telecommunication and radio engineering systems.
Learning outcomes: ZN 8. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the basics of professionally oriented specialties in the field of radio electronic circuits and circuit engineering, theory of electromagnetic fields, theory of radio electronic systems, theory of telecommunication networks, theory of automatic control, methods of analysis of radio electronic and telecommunication systems and networks, design and production processes, programming software and hardware systems, administration of information networks, information protection, information technologies.

Summary of the subject: During the study of the complex discipline "Fundamentals of occupational health and safety of life":
– basic concepts and definitions related to the field of labor protection are considered; up-to-date data on the legislative and regulatory framework on occupational health and safety issues are presented, with an emphasis on local regulations; the question is highlighted integrated labor protection management in Ukraine with an emphasis on the main requirements for the construction and operation of the labor protection management system at the enterprise; Harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment and labor process, the impact of the latter on human health and working capacity are considered; highlights the main measures and means aimed at creating safe and harmless working conditions with an emphasis on the features of electrical safety measures; information on fire safety of enterprises is provided with an emphasis on the issue of choosing fire prevention systems and fire protection systems, primary means of fire extinguishing; basic concepts and definitions related to the sphere of life safety are considered; the model of human activity is analyzed in order to determine the effectiveness of security systems and risk management, attention is focused on the psychophysiological and social features of human activity and their role in ensuring personal and public safety; the natural environment is considered as the main criterion for safe life; the description of man-made, socio-political dangers is given; attention was paid to the prevention of emergency situations.

Mandatory state social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases that caused disability. Investigation and account of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents in the workplace.

Hazardous and harmful production factors.
Weather conditions working environment. Normalization, identification and control of microclimate.
Air pollution from industrial facilities, gases and vapors impact on people. Rationing of harmful substances.

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The “excellent” grade (88-100 points) corresponds to a comprehensive systematic and deep knowledge of the curriculum; assimilation of information from the lecture course, basic and additional literature; clear mastery of the conceptual apparatus, methods and tools provided by the programme; the ability to use them correctly to solve both typical and atypical problem situations; The “good” grade (71-87 points) corresponds to the knowledge of the main curriculum; assimilation of information from the lecture course; possession of the basic conceptual apparatus, methods and tools provided by the programme; the ability to use them correctly to solve typical situations, making certain mistakes; The “satisfactory” grade (50-70 points) corresponds to lack of knowledge of the main curriculum; mastery of certain concepts, methods and tools, making significant mistakes when using them. The “unsatisfactory” grade (0-49 points) assumes that the student does not understand the essence of the questions and does not know the basic concepts of the course.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
