Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the discipline is to form the competence of future social workers in terms of designing and implementing health-preserving technologies in the practice of social work by understanding the social determinants of health and their impact on the preservation of the health of clients and awareness of everyone's responsibility for preserving and strengthening health when required mandatory participation of the state in this, as well as acquiring skills for working with trauma in the context of providing social services
Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation of the following competencies in the student: General competences GС 1 Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. GС 3 Ability to evaluate and ensure the quality of the work performed. GС 7 Ability to adapt and act in a new situation. GС 8 Ability to generate new ideas (creativity). GС 9 Skills of interpersonal interaction. GС 10 Ability to work in a team Professional (special) competences: SС 2 The ability to identify socially significant problems and factors for achieving social well-being of various population groups. SС 5 The ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups of various levels (experts from other industries/types of economic activity), to establish interaction between state, public and commercial organizations on the basis of social partnership. SС 7 Ability to professional reflection. SС 10 The ability to show initiative and entrepreneurship to solve social problems through the implementation of social innovations. Learning outcomes: PR1. Solve complex tasks and problems that require updating and integration of knowledge in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements PR2. Critically evaluate the results of scientific research and various sources of knowledge about social work practices, formulate conclusions and recommendations for their implementation PR3. Use foreign sources when performing research and applied tasks, express yourself in a foreign language, both orally and in writing PR4. Show in-depth knowledge and systematic understanding of theoretical concepts, both from the field of social work and from other fields of social and humanitarian sciences PR5. Collect and carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data. PR6. Independently and autonomously find information necessary for professional growth, master it, assimilate and produce new knowledge, develop professional skills and qualities. PR7. Apply general and specialized software to solve professional problems and carry out scientific research. PR8. Make decisions autonomously in difficult and unpredictable situations. PR9. PR11. Organize the joint activities of specialists from various fields and non-professionals, prepare them to perform social work tasks, initiate team formation and coordinate team work. PR13. Demonstrate initiative, independence, originality, generate new ideas for solving tasks of professional activity. PR17. Independently build and maintain purposeful, professional relationships with a wide range of people, representatives of various communities and organizations, argue, convince, conduct constructive negotiations, productive conversations, discussions, be tolerant of alternative opinions. PR18. Demonstrate a positive attitude towards one's profession and comply with the ethical principles and standards of social work with one's behavior. PR20. Summary of the subject: Within the scope of the discipline, the problems of a person in the environment as a "carrier of health" and, at the same time, a "passive consumer of health" are considered. In this context, emphasis is placed on the social factors of health, the role of the environment in improving and neglecting the health of the individual, the formation of a healthy lifestyle and health culture as a means of self-improvement, self-affirmation, self-realization, a way to improve the quality of life and well-being. Acquiring the competence of researching health problems in the context of the professional activity of a social worker and forming proposals for a health preservation technology project for a separate group of social work clients identified by the student as relevant. Acquiring competence in working with trauma, in particular identifying signs of post-traumatic stress disorder, early detection and referral of the client to a mental health specialist, involvement of an interdisciplinary team of specialists in overcoming the consequences of the trauma of clients of social services, as well as their own mental health. Understanding the social worker's preventive activities in the context of the client's traumatic experience.

Assessment methods and criteria: Evaluation of students in the discipline "Health preservation technologies" is carried out with the help of means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning outcomes. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the level of competences achieved and the results of the training of the Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty "Social Work", using the methods of complex diagnostics: the semester control (SC) of the knowledge of the students of education is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of the current control (PC), and the implementation control measure (KZ). The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning results are formed, is its subject matter, tasks for practical and individual works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations. Assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes is carried out after the applicants complete the work program in its entirety.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Criteria for evaluating the learning outcomes of education seekers Distribution of points on a 100-point scale: Current control 40 points, includes an assessment for the performance of mandatory current practical tasks (21 points), an assessment for the performance of an individual research task (19 points = 2x5 + 10). Examination control 50 points written component (test tasks) and 10 points oral. Total for the course is 100 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
