Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes - Plan and implement management of social institutions at the level of structural divisions and small organizations (PR 2.8)

Summary of the subject: The program is designed for 30 lecture and 30 practical (seminar) hours. Seminar classes should consolidate the students' theoretical knowledge, teach them to independently analyze and compare the existing tools of social work, independently compile an algorithm for the activity of a social worker, taking into account a specific problem situation. The subject of the course is the practice of social administration. The main methodological principles of studying the course are: scientificity, systematicity, comprehensiveness, accessibility, practicality, logic, clarity.
Опис: theories on the basics of management, the role of management schools, theories of social management, various types of organizational structures of social work services, social work management functions at different levels, personnel management. participatory management. Employee performance evaluation system. Termination of the employment contract. Monitoring and evaluation of the organization's activities. Technology and organization of office management in institutions of the social sphere. Data collection design and reporting system. The academic discipline is studied during one semester. In order to qualitatively perform the main tasks of the educational process, the problem-based technology of studying the course is used. Seminar classes are conducted with mandatory elements of current control, with elements of simulation situations, analysis of specific situations, solving practical tasks. Methodological support for students' independent work is based on educational and scientific-methodical literature, which is available in the library and methodical office
Assessment methods and criteria: 1. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the level of competences achieved and the results of the bachelor's studies in the specialty "Social Work", using the methods of complex diagnostics: the semester control (SC) of the knowledge of the students is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of the current control (PC), and execution of the control measure (KZ). 2. The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning outcomes are formed, is its subject matter, tasks for laboratory and individual works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations. 3. Assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes is carried out after the students complete the work program in its entirety.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Semester evaluation (CO) of students' knowledge is carried out based on the total number of points received based on the results of the current control (PC) - 40% and the performance of the control measure (KZ) - 60%.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
