Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes - Plan and implement management of social institutions at the level of structural divisions and small organizations (PR 2.8) • to know: the theoretical origins of the management in social work; basic concepts and theories of management in social work; specifics of management in organizations in social work. • be able to: critically analyze theoretical approaches in the management in social work; apply the basic principles of modern management organizations in areas of social work • be aware of: the main directions of development and prospects of practical management of organizations in the sphere of in social work.

Summary of the subject: The course "Management in social work" involves the analysis of the interdisciplinary field of knowledge, the synthesis of existing approaches, concepts and theories The program is designed for 30 lecture and 30 practical (seminar) hours. Seminar classes should consolidate the students' theoretical knowledge, teach them to independently analyze and compare the existing tools of social work, independently compile an algorithm for the managerial activity of a social work manager, taking into account a specific problem situation. The subject of the course is management of social work. The main methodological principles of studying the course are: scientificity, systematicity, comprehensiveness, accessibility, practicality, logic, clarity.

Assessment methods and criteria: The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the level of competences achieved and the results of the bachelor's studies in the specialty "Social Work", using the methods of comprehensive diagnostics: the semester control (SC) of the knowledge of the students is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of the current control (PC), and the performance of the control of the event (KZ). 2. The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning outcomes are formed, is its subject matter, tasks for laboratory and individual works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations. 3. Assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes is carried out after the students complete the work program in its entirety.
