Methods, techniques and technologies: modern methods of collecting, processing and analysis of sociological information, methods of diagnosis, examination and forecasting, information and communication technologies to solve problems of professional activity. Tools and equipment: modern universal and specialized information technologies (communication, search, analytical).

Specialized conceptual knowledge, including modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or industry knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and research. 2.
