Learning outcomes: Ability to organize and conduct social research using valid and reliable methods. Ability to analyze empirical data using modern methods. Specialized conceptual knowledge, including modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or industry knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and research. Summary of the subject: Analytical Process in Sociology. Sociological studies of the cultural and social aspects of organization and people management. Qualitative and quantitative market data analysis. Benchmarking and Market Analysis Practice. Public Relations and organizational (management) actions.
Assessment methods and criteria: • work in practical classes (oral interview, participation in discussions and interactive exercises), individual test (40%) • final control (control measure, exam): written form (60%)
