Specific arrangements for recognition of prior learning: If a prior qualification level is gained in another country, it requires recognition (nostrification), which is conducted by Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Gained competence: 1. ability to work in the international and domestic professional environment; 2. the ability to motivate people and move towards a common goal; 3. ability to put into practice the international experience of recreational and tourist activities; 4. ability to develop projects and manage them; 5. knowledge and ability to use in practice the basic provisions of tourism legislation, national and international standards for tourist services; 6. knowledge and understanding of scientific principles of tourism.
1. ability to organize, plan, forecast results of activities; 2. ability to use information and communication technologies, implementation of computer programs; 3. the ability to analyze the geospatial organization of the tourism process and design its development on a sustainable basis; 4. ability to study current trends in the world market of tourist services, the dynamics and structure of international tourist flows, to identify and evaluate their quality characteristics; 5. the ability to effectively use the tools and technologies of modern management and marketing in the management of tourism enterprises; 6. ability to do business in the national and international tourism market; 7. ability to carry out research work in the field of tourism and recreation.
