Learning outcomes: Integral сompetence (INT): The ability to set and successfully solve scientific research and practical tasks at a sufficient professional level, to generalize the practice of tourism and recreation, to forecast the directions of their development, to solve professional problems and practical tasks in the field of tourism and recreation as in the learning process , as well as in the process of work. General competences (GC): GC3. Ability to work in an international and domestic professional environment; GC4. Fluency and ability to communicate in business English and other foreign language(s) in professional activities. Special (professional) competences (SC): SC8. The ability to put into practice the international experience of recreational and tourist activities; SC16. Ability to intercultural interaction in the field of international tourism education and professional activity. Communication (COM): 1. Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish). Autonomy and responsibility (AR): 2. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge. Program learning outcomes (PR): PR03. Understanding of tools and strategies related to the diagnosis and analysis of the state of the tourist market at a level that will allow the possibility of employment by profession, the ability to effectively use theoretical knowledge in practice in the formation and implementation of tourist services; PR07. Know, understand and be able to use in practice the main provisions of tourism legislation, national and international standards for tourist services.

Summary of the subject: International Law was created for centuries in order to regulate international relations, maintain peace and security, and international legal order. The educational discipline is designed to acquire knowledge of international law, adapt it to practical situations in life, develop search skills, interpret the norms of international law, implement them into national legislation and apply them. It gives an idea of the system and institutions, sources and functions of international law, will contribute to the memorization of the main international legal concepts. Studying this academic discipline will allow you to acquire systematic and detailed knowledge in the field of international public relations. In turn, reproducing the material, discussing it in practical classes, solving problems, legal qualification of specific situations, comparison of documents provide an opportunity to fully understand what has been heard and read, to learn how to use knowledge.
Assessment methods and criteria: The methods of assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes of education seekers are: oral survey at practical (seminar) classes; control work; performance of an individual research task; final control work. Evaluation of the student's learning results is carried out based on PC results in accordance with the 100-point evaluation scale established at the University. Current control (PC): practical (seminar) classes - 40 points; written test - 10 points; final test - 50 points.
