Summary of the subject: Principles of digital control systems. The current state of development of control systems for technological processes. Description of the standard programming languages. Design features of controllers. Working with controllers distributed control systems. Examples of implementation of various types of regulators. Working with controllers panel performance. Implementation of logical problems and continuous control. Working with classical programmable controllers. Examples of implementation of discrete problems. Examples of implementation of signaling systems. Examples of implementation of various contours regulation.
Assessment methods and criteria: - written reports on laboratory works, oral questioning (30%); - final control (control measure - exam): written and oral form (70%).
