Functional scheme of automation systems. The principal electrical circuit. Schemes alarm. Charts of management electromechanics.. The principal electrical scheme of automatic measurement, control, protection and blocking. The principal pneumatic diagrams. The principal pneumatic power scheme automation means .. Project documentation on boards and panels. Electrical wiring. Tube wiring. Schemes external postings. Plan of automation and postings. Design of automated process control systems (PCS).
Assessment methods and criteria: - Written current control, settlement and graphic work (15%); - final control (control measure - exam): written form (85%).

Summary of the subject: The graphic part should be: 1. The functional scheme of automation (FSA) of technological process is developed. 2. Basic electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schemes of power supply, control, automatic regulation, control, signaling, protection and blocking. 3. General view of the shield (remote control) and its assembly switching scheme. 5. Schemes of external electrical and pipe wiring, route plans. 6. Assembly drawing of an atypical means of automation. The project task must specify: a) the name of the technological object and the list of automation circuits. b) the list of boards (panels) for which it is necessary to develop drawings of the general types, assembly schemes, schemes of connections. c) a list of schemes of external electrical and pipe wiring that must be designed. d) the name of the atypical means of automation, the assembly drawing of which must be developed
