Learning outcomes: Know and understand the scientific principles of organization, modernization and implementation of new technologies in social communications and information activities. Implement and use communication technologies in social systems, multimedia information support, web design technologies and web marketing. Apply in professional activities information management technologies, creation and maintenance of electronic libraries and archives, methodology for studying and meeting the cultural and information needs of users. Summarize, analyze and synthesize information in activities related to its search, accumulation, storage and use. Evaluate the possibility of using new information and computer and communication technologies to improve production practices information products and services. Apply modern methods and technologies of automated information processing, formation and use of electronic information resources and services. Evaluate the results of activities and defend the decisions made. Communicate freely on professional matters, including oral, written and electronic communication in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages. Use a variety of communication technologies for effective communication at the professional, scientific and social levels on the basis of tolerance, dialogue and cooperation. Make management and technological reasoning decisions. Be responsible, ensure effective teamwork. Systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas. Work effectively both individually and as a team. Identify, classify and describe the operation of information systems and their components. Combine theory and practice, as well as make decisions and develop a strategy for solving the problems of the specialty (specialization), taking into account universal values, social, state and industrial interests. Ability to communicate, including oral, written and electronic communication in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish). Ability to use a variety of methods, including information technology, to communicate effectively at the professional and social levels. Ability to adapt to new situations and make decisions.
