Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following programme learning outcomes:
- Critically evaluate the results of scientific research and various sources of knowledge about social work practice, formulate conclusions and recommendations for their implementation.
- Provide social services to clients in accordance with national and international laws and regulations on the basis of professional ethics.

Summary of the subject: Ethical principles of supervision. Supervision in the structural context of the organization and society. Administrative supervision. Supervisor as an organizational leader. Power and delegation of authority.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control: (40%): recitation, speeches during practical classes.
• Final control: (60%): exam (tests and theoretical questions).
