Learning outcomes: - Know and understand the nature, sources and directions of evolution of international relations, international politics, foreign policy, the state of theoretical studies of international relations and world politics. - Critically comprehend and analyze global processes and their impact on international relations. - Apply modern scientific approaches, methodologies and techniques to study the problems of international relations and foreign policy. - Analyze and evaluate the problems of international and national security, international and international conflicts, approaches, methods and mechanisms of security in the international space and in foreign policy. - Collect, process and analyze information on the state of international relations, world politics and foreign policy. - Identify, assess and forecast political, diplomatic, security, social and other risks in the field of international relations and global development. - Assess and analyze international and foreign policy problems and situations, offer approaches to solving such problems. - Fluently communicate in state and foreign languages ??orally and in writing, on professional and scientific issues. - Prepare analytical reports, reports and other documents on the state of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies. - Develop and implement applied research projects in international relations, foreign and world policy.

Summary of the subject: The master's thesis must solve a complex task or problem in the field of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies, which involves research and / or innovation and is characterized by uncertainty of conditions and requirements. Qualification work should not contain academic plagiarism, falsification and fabrication of results. Qualification work should be posted on the website of the higher education institution or its structural unit, or in the repository of the higher education institution. Publication of qualification works containing information with limited access should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
Assessment methods and criteria: Certification is carried out in the form of public defense qualification work. Evaluation is carried out in points: 94 points - "excellent" 80 points - "good" 60 points - "satisfactory"
