Learning outcomes: LO 1. Have the necessary knowledge and skills in business communication in the field of international economic relations, as well as communicate effectively at the professional and social levels, including oral and written communication in a foreign language / languages. Determine the geoeconomic strategies of countries and their regional economic priorities, taking into account national economic interests and the security component of international economic relations in the context of global human problems and the asymmetry of the distribution of world resources. Summary of the subject: Essence, subject and principles of International Financial Management. The financial environment and financial institutions. Types of markets and financial securities. Financial Statements and Reports. Evaluation of financial statement of the company. Methodology of KPI. Determining the value of debt securities risk planning and profitability of enterprises. Capital components and evaluation Weighted Average Cost of Capital. The CAPM Approach. Capital budgeting decision rules and analysis of efficiency of investment companies.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): oral questioning, lab works, performance of calculation and graphic work; - Final control (70%): semester control (written and oral component)
