Learning outcomes: General learning outcomes: РН5 Assess the degree of complexity of tasks in planning activities and processing its results. PH7 To study and analyze the models of development of national economies and justify measures to achieve their strategic goals in the transformation of world economic relations. PH8 To develop and study adaptive models of equalization of imbalances and leveling of threats to global development, to offer options for solving problems based on research results. PH12 To determine the geoeconomic strategies of countries and their regional economic priorities, taking into account national economic interests and the security component of international economic relations in the context of global human problems and the asymmetry of the distribution of world resources. Learning outcomes within the framework of integral competence Knowledge: ЗН1 Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovation, in particular in the context of research work. Skill: UM1 Solving complex problems and problems that require updating and integrating knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements. Communication: K1 clear and unambiguous communication of one's own conclusions, as well as knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students. Autonomy and responsibility: AB1 Making decisions in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting

Summary of the subject: The essence and basic concepts of management of international innovation systems. International innovation policy of enterprises. Strategic management of international innovation activities of enterprises. Management of international innovation projects. Legal regulation of international innovation. Features of development and infrastructure of the international innovation market. Management of international innovation potential of the enterprise. Financing and stimulation of international innovation. Evaluating the effectiveness of international innovation. Risk management in international innovation.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (30%): performance of an individual task, survey - final control (70%): testing (50%), oral answer (20%)
