Learning outcomes: 1. Think creatively, make informed decisions on the problems of international economic relations under uncertain conditions and requirements. 2. To study and analyze the models of development of national economies and justify measures to achieve their strategic goals in the transformation of world economic relations. 3. Monitor, analyze, evaluate the activities of global startups in order to identify their competitive positions and advantages in world markets. 4. Understand the patterns and trends of the world economy and the phenomenon of the new economy, taking into account the processes of intellectualization, informatization and scientific and technological exchange.

Summary of the subject: 1. Essence and importance of venture entrepreneurship. 2. Venture investors as venture capital suppliers. Essence and kinds of venture investors. Objects of venture innovation infrastructure (venture capital funds, Asset Management Companies, objects of innovation infrastructure and their place in formation of scientific and technological clusters). 3. Venture enterprises. Venture financing processes (kinds of venture financing, venture financing schemes) 4. Stages of innovative enterprises development from the standpoint of their needs in venture capital 5. Systems of both state and private support and development of innovative venture activity of the world's leading countries 6. Venture organization – open system and control object. 7. Venture and corporate management 8. Peculiarities of enterprise management systems creation at internal scheme of venture financing. 9. Application of “independent" venture investing scheme. 10. Search, selection and attraction of venture investors by managers of innovative enterprises. 11. Peculiarities of development of a presentation and business plan of a project for venture investors. 12. Formation of venture enterprise capital structure. 13. Planning and forecasting of future cost of an enterprise attracting venture capital. 14. Investors’ exit strategies. 15. Use of external venture financing schemes of projects. 16. Evaluation of efficiency of venture financing of projects. 17. Main tendencies of venture business development in the world.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): oral questioning, work in the laboratories, laboratory papers; - Final control (70%): semester control (50% written and 20% oral component).
