Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module, the student must: systematize, synthesize and organize the information obtained, identify problems, formulate conclusions and develop recommendations using effective approaches and technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems of practical problems taking into account the cross-cultural characteristics of the subjects of international economic relations; analyze normative-legal documents, evaluate analytical reports, competently use normative-administrative documents and reference materials, conduct applied analytical developments, professionally prepare analytical materials; to develop and study adaptive models of equalization of imbalances and leveling of threats to global development, to offer options for solving problems based on research results; iIdentify changes in market conditions under the influence of uncertain factors, carry out their comparative analysis, critically assess the consequences of ideas and decisions to forecast trends in global markets; to acquire conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovative activity, in particular in the context of research work; to carry out critical comprehension of problems in training and / or professional activity and on the border of subject branches; ability to solve complex problems and problems, which requires constant updating and integration of knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements; conducting research and / or innovation activities; ability to make decisions in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting skills

Summary of the subject: General characteristics of the International innovative investment programs and projects. Environment of international project management. Justification of the feasibility of international innovation and investment programs and projects and evaluation of economic efficiency. Organizational systems and organizational structures of management of international innovation and investment projects. The Management processes of the International innovative investment programs and projects. Integration management in international innovation and investment programs and projects. Content management innovation and international investment project. Time management International innovation and investment programs and projects. Cost Management International innovative investment project. Quality management International innovation programs and investment projects. Resource management International innovation and investment programs and projects. Communication management International innovation and investment programs and projects. Risk management International innovation and investment programs and projects. Procurement management International innovation and investment projects.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (30%): work in the ANS, laboratory work, interviews; performance of control works (for ZFN); - final control (70%): testing (50%), interview (20%).

Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module the student must be able to: assess the degree of complexity of tasks in planning activities and processing its results; to study and analyze models of development of national economies and to substantiate measures of achievement of their strategic purposes in the conditions of transformation of world economic relations; to develop and study adaptive models of equalization of imbalances and leveling of threats to global development, to offer options for solving problems based on research results; to determine the geoeconomic strategies of countries and their regional economic priorities, taking into account national economic interests and the security component of international economic relations in the context of global human problems and the asymmetry of the distribution of world resources; conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovation, in particular in the context of research work; solving complex problems and problems that require constant updating and integration of knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements; clear and unambiguous communication of own conclusions, as well as knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students; decision-making in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting skills; responsibility for the development of professional knowledge and effective application of accumulated practical experience, assessment of strategic development of the team; ability to further study, which is largely autonomous and independent.
