Learning outcomes: Тhe student must acquire and develop the following competencies: general: 1. Ability to communicate in a foreign language. 2. Ability to learn and master modern knowledge. 3. Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. 4. Ability to conduct research at the appropriate level. Professional: 1. Ability to self-study, maintain the appropriate level of knowledge, willingness to acquire a new level of knowledge, improve their professionalism and skills. Special specials: 1.1.Ability to analyze and evaluate the main models and strategies of development of the subjects of international economic relations and to conduct a fundamental diagnosis of the object under study on the basis of modern approaches, methods and tools; 1.2. Ability to effectively use in practice theories and concepts in the field of education and implementation of international economic relations. 1.3. Ability to apply modern experimental methods to assess the level of development of international scientific and technological cooperation and understand the consequences of the impact of modern scientific and technological advances on improving the performance of economic entities; 1.4. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis, which allows to form conclusions (diagnosis) for different types of complex economic problems, to plan, analyze, monitor and evaluate their own work and the work of others, to act with social responsibility and civic consciousness. The results of the implementation detail the following program learning outcomes: 1. Think creatively, show flexibility in decision-making based on logical arguments and verified facts in a limited time and resources based on the use of various diagnostic methodologies of leading international organizations 2. Make informed decisions on the problems of international economic relations under uncertain conditions and requirements. 3. Assess the degree of complexity of tasks in planning activities and processing its results. 4. Analyze legal documents, evaluate analytical reports, competently use regulatory documents and reference materials, conduct applied analytical developments, professionally prepare analytical materials. 5. Understand the patterns and trends of the world economy and the phenomenon of the new economy, taking into account the processes of intellectualization, informatization and scientific and technological exchange. 6. Understand the essence of the social dimension of global economic development and implement the principles of social responsibility in the activities of the subjects of international economic relations.

Summary of the subject: 1. The organizational part. 1.1.Stages of preparation to execution (writing) of the master's qualification; 1.2. The stages of execution (writing) of the master's qualification; 1.3. The sequence of the presentation and defence of the master's qualifying work 2. The methodological part. 3. Economic substantiation of the strategic indicators of activity of the enterprise: the essence, features, structure and methods of calculation (net revenue, profit, assets, equity, Payables, return on equity, return on assets, return on manufactured products, capital return on sales, the total cost of production (services), the structure of the cost price). Shareware-variables and conditionally constant costs. Method of calculation of cost savings. Recommendations for achieving strategic indicator within a chosen theme with the help of the developed meashure.
Assessment methods and criteria: Final state examination includes the defence of Master’s thesis (100%)
