Learning outcomes: Kn1. Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of study and/or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovative activity, in particular in the context of research work. Kn 2. Critical understanding of problems in education and/or professional activity and on the border of subject areas. Sk1. Solving complex tasks and problems, which requires constant updating and integration of knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements. Sk2. Clear and unambiguous presentation of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to persons who are studying. Com2. Use of foreign languages in professional activities. A&R1. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions, which requires the use of new approaches and forecasting skills. A&R2. Responsibility for the development of professional knowledge and effective application of accumulated practical experience, evaluation of the team's strategic development. A&R3. A capacity for further learning that is largely autonomous and self-directed.
Required prior and related subjects: international strategic management, social responsibility. - prerequisite: practice on the subject of the master's qualification work, execution of the master's qualification work, defense of the master's qualification work.
Summary of the subject: The qualification exam provides a comprehensive examination of students' knowledge in the following disciplines: "International strategic management", "Global Economy", "International Financial Management", "Intellectual Property", "Econometrics in international business". Students who have fulfilled all the requirements of the curriculum are allowed to take the qualifying exam.
Assessment methods and criteria: It is conducted in written and oral form. The duration of the written component of the exam, as a rule, should not exceed three academic hours. Examination tickets, criteria for evaluating answers to tasks, a list of visual aids and materials are developed by the teachers of the department that organizes and conducts the exam.
