Learning outcomes: Be able to develop a strategy and tactics of marketing activities, taking into account the cross-functional nature of its implementation. Substantiate marketing decisions at the level of a market entity using modern management principles, approaches, methods, techniques. Form a marketing system of interaction, build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with other market participants. Collect the necessary data from various sources, process and analyze their results using modern methods, and specialized software. Develop strategic, operational and current plans for logistics activities of the enterprise. Be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of methodological tools for evaluating marketing decisions, their impact on the financial performance of logistics activities of the enterprise and its market position. Clear and unambiguous communication of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students. Making decisions in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting. Responsibility for developing professional knowledge and practices, assessing strategic development of the team.

Summary of the subject: The essence and objectives of logistics management. Supply chain management. Integration processes in the supply chain. Supply chain customers service. Logistics strategies. Logistics activities planning. Organizational structure of management in logistics. Logistics activities indicators analysis. Evaluation of logistics systems efficiency.
Assessment methods and criteria: • current control (30 %): review of case studies, work during practical classes, oral questioning; • final control (70%, examination): tests.
