Мета вивчення дисципліни: To form students' knowledge, abilities and skills in organisation of diagnostics of civil aviation avionics systems, management of processes of technical and flight operation of civil aviation aircraft equipment systems.
Завдання: Ability to systematic thinking, criticism and self-criticism; Basic knowledge of computer science and modern information technologies; experience in using software tools and experience in computer networks, ability to create databases and use Internet resources; Ability to reveal the essence and meaning of physical concepts and laws, to operate with physical terms, to understand the laws of physical processes; Ability to navigate the main problems and tasks of avionics and use this knowledge in experimental and theoretical activities.
Learning outcomes: Preparedness to use methods and tools for studying and analysing the impact of physical and human factors on accident-free flights. Knowledge of the basics of aviation expert systems and on-board diagnostic systems.
Required prior and related subjects: Fundamentals of aviation Reliability of avionics systems Basics of aircraft power supply Operation of aviation equipment Electronic airplane control systems
Summary of the subject: The theoretical foundations of the construction of diagnostic systems are considered. The principles of construction of aviation diagnostic systems and complexes are considered. Skills are given for investigating the influence of diagnostic process parameters on its reliability using modern information technologies. On-board diagnostic systems of the aircraft are practically studied.
Опис: Topic 1: Basic provisions of the subject Topic 2. Basic concepts of technical diagnostics Topic 3. Monitoring the technical condition of aircraft equipment Topic 4. Finding the place of failure in aviation equipment products Topic 5. Forecasting the technical condition of aircraft equipment Topic 6. Methods and means of technical implementation of aircraft equipment diagnostics Topic 7. Non-automated means of control Topic 8: Automated (automatic) control means (ACM) of aircraft equipment
Assessment methods and criteria: The following methods are provided for monitoring the results of students' learning in the process of current and semester control: - current control over the performance of practical work and their defence; - testing in a virtual learning environment; - defence of an individual task; - oral examination of individual sections. Practical work is assessed out of 4 points. 4 points - ("excellent") is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material, the ability to analyse the phenomena under study in their interconnection and development, to answer the questions clearly, concisely, logically, consistently, and to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 3.5 points - ("very good") is given for knowledge of the educational material above the average level, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed (a small number of inaccuracies are possible), the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 3 points - ("good") is given for a generally correct understanding of the educational material, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 2.5 points - ("mediocre" ("satisfactory") is assigned for mediocre knowledge of the educational material, few reasoned answers, weak application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 2 - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the component's educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 1 point - ("unsatisfactory") is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the component's educational material, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 0 points - ("very poor") is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate in solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: written reports on laboratory work (40%), tests and oral examination (30%), individual task (10%) final control (control work (20%), credit)
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyse the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 marks - ("good") is given for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00
