Завдання: General competences:
1. Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups at different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity).
Professional competences:
1. Ability to implement methods and technologies of innovative practice and management in the social security system.
2. Ability to develop and implement programs of social protection of the population.
3. The ability to optimize the processes of management decision-making in solving issues of social and economic assistance for little protected categories of the population.
4. The ability to inform the population about the forms, methods and means of providing social assistance, pension provision and insurance
Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes:
1. Critically evaluate the results of scientific research and various sources of knowledge regarding social security, formulate conclusions and recommendations regarding its implementation.
2. Design a theoretical model of work with social security objects within the framework of social services, organizations, institutions.
3. Apply general and specialized software to solve professional problems and carry out scientific research.
4. To make decisions autonomously in difficult and unpredictable situations.
5. To explain and provide reasonable answers to the population regarding the forms, methods and means of providing social assistance, pension provision and insurance.
6. Analyze the effectiveness of social and economic support of the population and make appropriate corrections within the scope of activity.

Summary of the subject: The educational discipline "Financial and economic support of institutions of the social sphere" provides for the mastery and implementation of the competences declared for this discipline; understanding the essence and specifics of the functioning of institutions of the social sphere; mastering the skills to analyze the financial and economic condition of institutions of the social sphere in terms of assessing the dynamics of their incomes and expenses in order to develop proposals for the effectiveness of the activities of institutions of the social sphere.A large part of this course will be carried out in the form of group classroom and extracurricular work. The teacher will provide students with individual consultations. Consultations between students and supervision (professional support) of the teacher will also be applied

Assessment methods and criteria: 1. Attestation of students in the discipline "Financial and economic support of social institutions is carried out by means of objective control over the degree of achievement of ultimate goals.
2. Certification is based on assessment of the level of competencies and learning outcomes of the master's degree in "Social Security", using integrated diagnostic methods: semester assessment of students' knowledge is based on the total number of points obtained by current control (PC), individual research task. FROM).
3. The information base on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of the ultimate goals of the discipline is formed is its subject matter, tasks for practical and independent work, a list of references and guidelines.
4. Attestation of the quality of mastering the discipline is carried out after the students have completed the work program in full.
Current control (40%): oral examination, test control, individual research work. Final control (60%, exam)

Writing an individual research project
requires compliance with the following requirements:
1. Quality of sources of information and content of work - 1b;
2. Level of independence and depth of meaningfulness - 2b;
3. Level of familiarity with factual material, terminology and concepts-1b;
4. Ability to analyze, compare, classify and summarize material - 2b;
5. Content, specificity, sufficient completeness of the statement of the question, completeness of the statement of each opinion, elimination of repetitions-2 b;
6. Qualitative presentation of individual task-1b;
7. Timeliness of presentation of individual work -1b
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is given for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the component of the educational material contained in the main and additionally recommended literary sources, the ability to clearly analyze the phenomena being studied, in their relationship and development , succinctly, logically, to answer the questions, the ability to use theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks;70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
