Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation of the following competencies in the student:
Integral competence: The ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of social security or in the learning process, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations and is characterized by uncertainty of conditions and requirements.
General competences:
ZK2. Ability to develop and manage projects.
ZK9. Ability to generate new ideas (creativity).
Professional competences:
SK2. The ability to plan and carry out social research in order to identify and analyze socially significant problems and factors for achieving social well-being of various population groups.
SK7. Ability to develop and implement programs of social protection of the population.
SK8. The ability to optimize the processes of management decision-making in solving issues of social and economic assistance for little protected categories of the population.
SK13. Ability to develop, test and implement social projects and technologies.
Learning outcomes: PR5. To design a theoretical model of work with social security objects within the framework of social services, organizations, institutions.
PR6. Independently and autonomously find information necessary for the development of professional skills and qualities.
PR7. Apply general and specialized software to solve professional problems and carry out scientific research.
PR8. Make decisions autonomously in difficult and unpredictable situations.
PR10. To explain and provide reasonable answers to the population regarding the forms, methods and means of providing social assistance, pension provision and insurance.
PR11. To plan and conduct scientific research in the system of social protection of the population and highlight their results.
PR13. Analyze the effectiveness of social and economic support of the population and make appropriate corrections within the scope of activity
PR14. Demonstrate initiative, independence, originality, generate new ideas for solving tasks of professional activity.
PR18. Develop and test social projects and technologies.

Summary of the subject: The educational discipline "Financial and economic support of institutions of the social sphere" involves mastering and implementing the competencies declared for this discipline, in particular, understanding the essence and specifics of the functioning of institutions of the social sphere, mastering the skills to analyze the financial and economic state of institutions of the social sphere, as well as the skills to develop and implement social projects.
This course will be delivered using a variety of methods, including lectures and discussions. A large part of this course will be done in the form of group classroom and extracurricular work.The teacher will provide students with individual consultations. Consultations between students and supervision (professional support) of the teacher will also be applied.

Topic 2. The financial mechanism of social protection as a tool for regulating the standard of living of the population (The essence of the financial mechanism of social protection of the population. Structurally functional model of the financial mechanism of social protection of the population, characteristics of its main elements. The importance of the financial system in regulating social relations)
Topic 3. Social design as a priority direction of financing the social sphere (Essence of the project. Life cycle of the project Features of social design. Typology of social projects. Features of fundraising for the implementation of social projects)
Topic 4. Technology development of a social project (Main elements of a project application. Problem statement. Project goal and objectives. Methods of achieving project goals. Project target groups. Project risk assessment. Expected results. Project implementation plan. Project budget. Project reporting)
topic 5. Financial aspects of the functioning of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (Pension Fund as the main governing body of the solidarity system. The procedure for the formation and implementation of the PFU budget. Monitoring of the budget income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in terms of sources, the totality of its income and expenses, and the dynamics of the deficit.)

Assessment methods and criteria: The evaluation of students in the discipline "Financial and economic support of institutions of the social sphere" is carried out with the help of means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning outcomes.
1. The evaluation is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the level of competences achieved and the results of the master's study in the specialty "Social Security", using the methods of complex diagnostics: the semester control (SC) of the knowledge of the students is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of the current control (PC), and execution of the control measure (KZ).
2. The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning results are formed, is its subject matter, tasks for practical and individual works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations.
3. Assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes is carried out after the students complete the work program in its entirety.
Teaching methods: Lectures, practical classes: information-receptive method, reproductive method, heuristic method, problem presentation method, visual methods. Independent work: reproductive method, research method, verbal method.
Control methods: Current control: performance of mandatory test tasks, performance and presentation of results of individual tasks, participation in discussions. Final control: test control
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control-40 b.:
- performances and answers in practical classes - 15 b;
- performance of mandatory current test tasks - 10 b;
- assessment for the performance of an individual task -15 points;

The total number of points for the discipline is 100 points
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
