Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the practice on the topic of the qualifying master's thesis is to systematize and deepen theoretical knowledge necessary for the qualitative and effective implementation of professional activities in the context of the research conducted in the master's thesis. This includes the systematization and consolidation of knowledge in specialized disciplines such as "Methodology and Methods of Scientific Research," "Financial and Economic Support of Social Institutions," "Digital Transformations in the Social Sphere," "Personal and Communication Effectiveness of a Manager in Social Institutions," "Professional Support of Human Resources in Social Institutions," and "Administration of Organizational Activities in Social Institutions."

Learning outcomes: 1. Proficiency in communication methods in different forms of interaction and collaborative activities. 2. Ability to independently and autonomously find information necessary for professional skill and competence development. 3. Application of general and specialized software to solve professional tasks and conduct scientific research. 4. Autonomous decision-making in complex and unpredictable situations. 5. Explanations and provision of well-founded answers to the population regarding the forms, methods, and means of providing social assistance, pension provision, and insurance. 6. Identification of the needs of different population groups and development of corresponding social protection programs to address them. 7. Analysis of the effectiveness of implementing social-economic support for the population and making appropriate adjustments within the scope of activity. 8. Determination of possibilities for constitutional and legal regulation of social relations, ensuring optimal models of social-legal support oriented towards universal values. 9. Designing training programs and exchange of experience in the social protection system. 10. Demonstrating a positive attitude towards one's own profession and aligning behavior with ethical principles and social work standards. 11. Applying supervision technologies in the formation of human resources in social sector institutions.

Summary of the subject: During the internship, applicants for higher education should be familiar with the company's charter, regulatory - legal documents governing the activities of the enterprise, form of ownership, activities, organizational structure, job descriptions, distribution of responsibilities among employees, the specifics of the various departments and departments of social institutions, financial reporting, results of economic activity of the institution.
Опис: The management practice of higher education students in the program "Management of Social Services Institutions" in the specialty "Social Security" is part of the professional training program for masters in social security at Lviv Polytechnic National University. This program focuses on the formation of a holistic healthy personality of a general practitioner of social security, ready for management activities at all managerial levels in social institutions, for creative solutions to various social problems and meeting the needs of clients on a legal basis, capable of self-development, self-realization, self-realization. The objectives of management practice are: - familiarization with the methods of management in the institution and the main forms of administrative influence (organizational and administrative methods, organizational and administrative methods, discipline, responsibility, penalties, forms of internal and external administration); - familiarization with the organization of the system of relations and connections between individual units in the institution (systematic approach to management); - study of managerial functions (planning, organization, motivation, control) carried out in a social institution; - to gain experience in professional and organizational work; - to form in higher education applicants a socio-managerial level of professional activity and a set of competencies sufficient to start working in the specialty in primary positions under the guidance of experienced professionals or managers; - to form the skills to make independent decisions while working in social institutions and to develop professionally significant leadership qualities of the individual.
Assessment methods and criteria: Differentiated test, practice report, practice diary, reviews of practice leaders from the university and social protection institutions.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The form of control of the results of the defense of the practice report is a differentiated assessment (100 points). The grade for practice is entered in the form "Tasks and results of practice", the score sheet and the score book of the student of higher education and is certified by the signatures of the members of the commission. A student of higher education who did not complete the practice program without valid reasons or received an "unsatisfactory" grade based on the results of the practice report defense, will be expelled from the university for failure to complete the curriculum.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
