Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of management practice is to consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge obtained by students of higher education in the process of studying a certain cycle of theoretical disciplines, to form their practical skills and abilities as highly qualified management specialists in the social sphere system

Ability to generate new ideas (creativity). Professional competences: SK3. Ability to implement methods and technologies of innovative practice and management in the social security system. SK5. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and own conclusions to specialists and non-specialists SK8. The ability to optimize the processes of making managerial decisions in solving issues of social and economic assistance to little protected categories of the population. SK12. Ability to form a positive image of the profession, its status in society. SK13. Ability to develop, test and implement social projects and technologies.
Learning outcomes: Mastery of communication methods in the application of various forms of interaction and joint activity Independently and autonomously find the information necessary for the development of professional skills and qualities. Use general and specialized software to solve professional problems and carry out scientific research. Make decisions autonomously in difficult and unpredictable situations. Explain and provide reasonable answers to the population on the forms, methods and means of providing social assistance, pensions and insurance. Identify the needs of different segments of the population and develop appropriate social protection programs to address them. Analyze the effectiveness of socio-economic support of the population and make appropriate adjustments within the area of ??activity. To determine the possibilities of constitutional and legal regulation of public relations, to provide optimal models of social and legal support focused on universal values. Develop training and exchange programs in the system of social protection. Demonstrate a positive attitude to one's profession and conform to ethical principles and standards of social work. Develop and test social projects and technologies.

Summary of the subject: During the internship, applicants for higher education should be familiar with the company's charter, regulatory - legal documents governing the activities of the enterprise, form of ownership, activities, organizational structure, job descriptions, distribution of responsibilities among employees, the specifics of the various departments and departments of social institutions, financial reporting, results of economic activity of the institution.
Опис: The managerial practice of higher education graduates from the OP "Management of Social Sphere Institutions" majoring in "Social Security" is part of the Master's Professional Training Program in Social Security at Lviv Polytechnic National University. This program focuses on the formation of a whole, healthy personality of a specialist in the general practice of social security, ready for managerial activities at all managerial levels in institutions of the social sphere, for the creative solution of various types of problems of the social sphere and meeting the needs of clients on a legislative and legal basis, capable of self-development , self-actualization, self-realization. The tasks of management practice are: ?to acquaint students with higher education with the charter of the institution of the social sphere, normative and legal documents regulating its activities; ? consider the organizational structure of the institution, job instructions, distribution of responsibilities among employees; ?to get acquainted with the areas of activity of various divisions and departments of institutions of the social sphere; ? consider the financial reporting of the institution of the social sphere and the results of its economic activity; ? improve the skills of maintaining professional documentation in institutions of the social protection system; ?gain experience in professional and organizational work; ?to form among the students of higher education a socio-administrative level of professional activity and a set of competencies sufficient for starting work in the specialty in primary positions under the guidance of experienced professionals or managers; ?to form the skills to make independent decisions while working in institutions of the social sphere and to develop the professionally significant leadership qualities of individuals in higher education seekers.
Assessment methods and criteria: Differentiated test, practice report, practice diary, reviews of practice leaders from the university and social protection institutions.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The form of control of the results of the defense of the practice report is a differentiated assessment (100 points). The grade for practice is entered in the form "Tasks and results of practice", the score sheet and the score book of the student of higher education and is certified by the signatures of the members of the commission. A student of higher education who did not complete the practice program without valid reasons or received an "unsatisfactory" grade based on the results of the practice report defense, will be expelled from the university for failure to complete the curriculum.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 points - ("good") is assigned for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00
