Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the educational discipline "Coaching and consulting in personnel management in social sphere institutions" is to form the ability of students to understand the specifics and be able to implement coaching and consulting technologies in the organization, which involves: forming an idea about the role of coaching and consulting in the personnel management system in institutions social sphere; understanding of the essence of coaching and consulting as innovative methods of personnel management of the organization; mastering the skills of intervention in organizational processes of management, decision-making and communication with methods of coaching and consulting activities; mastering the ability to apply consulting and coaching technologies in order to increase the efficiency of management activities and the work of personnel in institutions of the social sphere
Завдання: Ability to generate and make decisions in the process of coaching and consulting.
Learning outcomes: Be able to plan and carry out informational, psychological and methodical support for the staff of the institution

Summary of the subject: The discipline "Coaching and consulting in personnel management in institutions of the social sphere" involves studing of topics related to personnel management, current aspects of the practical application of coaching and consulting technologies in personnel management, and the development of the personnel potential of the organization. The study of the discipline involves the student's work in lectures and practical classes, as well as independent work in working out the topics of the specified discipline and studying scientific literature; performance of an individual research task and passing an exam. Presentation of theoretical provisions and implementation of practical tasks is accompanied by close cooperation between the teacher and students, which significantly increases the level of efficiency of knowledge acquisition.

Assessment methods and criteria: 1.Evaluation of students in the discipline "Coaching and consulting in personnel management in institutions of the social sphere" is carried out with the help of means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning results. 2. Evaluation is carried out on the basis of the assessment of the level of the achieved program results of the master's education program "Management of institutions of the social sphere", using the methods of complex diagnostics: the semester control of the knowledge of the students is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of the current control and the implementation of the control measure. 3. The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of learning results are formed, is its subject matter, tasks for practical and individual works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations. 4. Assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes is carried out after the education seekers complete the work program in its entirety.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control: performance of obligatory current practical tasks, oral survey, individual research task - 40 points. Final control (exam) - 60 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is given for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the component of the educational material contained in the main and additionally recommended literary sources, the ability to clearly analyze the phenomena being studied, in their relationship and development , succinctly, logically, to answer the questions, the ability to use theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks;70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
