Мета вивчення дисципліни: The course "General and inorganic chemistry", as a fundamental discipline, provides for the performance of general educational (formation of the student's scientific worldview, his ability to analyze phenomena) and concrete-practical functions, the latter involves the assimilation of leading chemical ideas, concepts and laws, the formation of general educational and special abilities and skills for the application of chemical laws and processes, the appropriate and correct use of chemicals and materials and their handling in a specific field.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: professional competences: FC 1. Ability to use basic knowledge of mathematics and physics to the extent necessary for mastering general engineering and professionally oriented disciplines; FC 2. Ability to use thorough knowledge of general, inorganic, organic, physico-colloidal chemistry, chemical and physico-chemical methods of analysis of the composition of substances to the extent necessary for mastering professional disciplines; 2.3. Learning outcomes in accordance with the educational program, learning and teaching methods, methods of evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: ЗН3 Knowledge of general and inorganic chemistry, physical and colloidal, chemical and physico-chemical methods of analysis of the composition of substances in the amount necessary for mastering professional disciplines; ЗН4 Basic knowledge in the field of natural sciences and engineering, necessary for mastering professionally oriented disciplines. УМ20 To be able to summarize and systematize information about the chemical structure, physical and chemical properties, methods of obtaining and analyzing modern medicinal plants.
Learning outcomes: • understand the current state and prospects of chemistry; • understand the role of chemistry in the scientific and technical progress, new materials creation; • solve the energy problems by rational use of natural resources and environmental protection; • have the world outlook knowledge of chemical theories and laws; • know the physical and chemical properties of substances as well as their practical value.
