Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline and learning outcomes: - formation of knowledge and skills on legal and organizational issues of labor protection, occupational hygiene and industrial sanitation, safety technology and fire safety among masters in the field of health care; - formation of students' ability to think creatively, solve complex problems of an innovative nature and make productive decisions in the field of civil protection of economic objects and territories, taking into account the peculiarities of future professional activity.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: Professional competences: FC03. Ability to solve pharmacy problems in new or unfamiliar environments in the presence of incomplete or limited information, taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility. FC11. The ability to transfer technology and conduct technological processes of industrial production of medicinal products in accordance with the requirements of good manufacturing practice. Skills of performing safe activities. professional competences of the specialty: Assessment and control of labor safety conditions at the workplace; Implementation of organizational and technical measures to improve labor safety; Development and implementation of measures to eliminate the causes of accidents, accidents and occupational diseases; Assessment and forecasting of negative consequences of natural and man-made emergency situations; Providing assistance and advice to employees on practical issues of occupational safety.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: know: • regulatory and legal provision and organization of work on labor protection and civil protection at the enterprise; • measures and means of improving the state of the production environment; • means and measures to increase electrical safety at the enterprise; • means and measures of the fire prevention system at industrial facilities • methods of forecasting the negative consequences of natural and man-made disasters. be able: • determine the scope of one's duties in the field of professional activity, taking into account the requirements of professional safety; • assess and monitor the compliance of working conditions with the established regulatory and legal acts; • determine priority measures and means of improving the state of the production environment and working conditions; • develop technical solutions to improve the state of the production environment; • develop proposals for reducing labor intensity; • develop technical solutions to improve electrical safety; • determine the factors of fire danger; • to determine the composition of forces, means and resources to overcome the consequences of an emergency; • the ability to make decisions on issues of professional safety. Apply modern approaches to the pharmaceutical development of the composition of the medicinal product, the optimal dosage form, production technology, packaging, labeling, and implement technology transfer. Identify and evaluate biopharmaceutical factors that affect the efficacy, safety and quality of medicinal products. PRN15. Investigate the stability of active pharmaceutical ingredients and medicines, establish expiration dates and storage conditions, ensure proper storage conditions at the production site.

Summary of the subject: The main discipline "Occupational safety and civil protection" combines the system of knowledge and skills on occupational safety (OP) during the performance of professional duties and civil protection measures (CZ) of personnel of economic facilities and the population in the event of a threat and occurrence of emergency situations ( NS). The discipline is designed to form knowledge, skills and abilities in future specialists regarding the functioning of the system, the state and problems of labor safety in the industry, as well as their protection during their operation in emergency situations of a natural and man-made nature in accordance with current legislative and other regulatory legal acts. The educational discipline "Occupational safety and civil defense" provides for the study of issues of occupational safety and civil protection in accordance with the specifics of the professional activity of future specialists. The scope of the discipline includes issues of industrial sanitation, occupational safety and fire safety. The topic of the material on civil security is related to forecasting the negative consequences of emergency situations and ensuring measures to protect economic facilities in the zones of natural and man-made emergencies.
Опис: Basic legislative and regulatory acts on labor protection. Social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases that caused the loss of working capacity. Investigation of occupational disease accidents and industrial accidents. Characteristics of working conditions. Harmful and dangerous factors. Natural and artificial lighting of premises and workplaces. Electromagnetic radiation from devices and equipment, impact on the human body. Ionizing radiation, protection methods. Properties of ionizing radiation. Technical protective means of ensuring electrical safety. Single-phase, two-phase inclusion of a person in the electrical network. Providing first aid in the event of a person falling under stress. Causes of fires and explosions at industry enterprises. Fire resistance of building structures. Fire communication and alarm. Evacuation routes. Ways and means of extinguishing fires. Quantitative assessment of risk. The concept of emergency situations, their classification and causes. Sources of human social dangers and the factors generated by them.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control - (40 points). Completion of mandatory laboratory work and their protection in the form of testing of the National Emergency Service. Carrying out individual practical classes, writing calculation and graphic work. Final control – (60 points, semester exam); written and oral component.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The form of semester control of the academic discipline "Labor safety and civil protection" is a semester exam. Accordingly, the semester grade is set as a total assessment of the results of the current control of all types of mandatory work provided by the work program of the academic discipline and the writing of the semester exam according to the selected ticket, namely: -max 50 points for the written component according to the examination ticket. The structure of the ticket includes III levels of complexity. (The 1st level consists of 8 test questions, each question is valued at 2 points, tests on the validity of the statement; The 2nd level consists of 8 test questions, each of which is valued at 3 points, with the choice of one correct answer; The 3rd level of difficulty consists of 2 descriptive questions, which are valued at 5 points each, to which the student must give a thorough answer. -max 10 points – the oral component, according to which the teacher communicates with the student and evaluates his knowledge. -max 10 points for the performance of practical work (max 10 points for the work, of which 6 points - for the correctness of the individual task, 4 points for the systematicity of the work and the level of knowledge demonstrated in oral answers); -max 10 points for the performance of calculation and graphic work (max 4 points for the correct performance of the calculation part, max 5 points for the correct performance of illustrative material and formulation of conclusions, max 1 point for compliance with the requirements regarding the design and structure of the work). -max 20 points for the performance of laboratory work (max 5 points for work, and the results of performance, compliance with the requirements for registration and protection of works through testing in the National Emergency Service are subject to evaluation);
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is given for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
