Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the educational discipline "First premedical aid" is to provide students with the basic knowledge of establishing emergency conditions, methods of their assessment, the correct choice of a set of the simplest measures and their sequence in providing first aid first aid, which are performed at the place of injury mainly in the form of self - and mutual aid, as well as elimination of factors that threaten the life of the victim at the moment and prevention of the development of serious injuries.

Learning outcomes: Knowledge of the basics of antisepsis and asepsis, the main clinical signs and symptoms of pathological conditions, various types of injuries and toxic conditions of the human body. Be able to provide first aid for various types of body injuries, competently carry out resuscitation measures, ensure the correct and quick transportation of sick and injured people. The ability to take responsibility for the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.

Summary of the subject: The discipline "First premedical aid" introduces students to the basics of asepsis and antisepsis, the concept of resuscitation and resuscitation measures, terminal conditions of the body, types of injuries (including gunshot wounds) and acute pathological conditions of the body, classification of bleeding and methods of temporary stopping of bleeding, chemical , thermal and radiation burns, frostbite, exogenous and endogenous intoxication of the body, injuries of the central and peripheral nervous system (craniocerebral injuries, damage to the musculoskeletal system), methods of their assessment and the amount of assistance, methods of providing emergency first aid.
Опис: Basics of asepsis and antiseptics. The concept of resuscitation and resuscitation measures, terminal states of the body. Types of injuries and acute diseases of the body. Classification of bleeding and methods of temporary cessation of bleeding. Chemical and thermal burns, frostbite, electric current and radiation burns, emergency care for these injuries. Exogenous and endogenous intoxication of the organism. Injuries and traumatic injuries, emergency care, medical and transport immobilization. Injuries of the central and peripheral nervous system (craniocerebral injuries, musculoskeletal injuries), methods of their evaluation and scope of care, methods of providing emergency first aid.
Assessment methods and criteria: The main methods of knowledge diagnosis are: current (PC) and semester control (SC), which is carried out from educational material, the scope of which is determined by the work program of the discipline for the semester. Current control is carried out in the form of: performance of control work, test express control, written and oral control. Semester control is carried out in the form of differentiated credit (credit). Differentiated credit is a form of SC of the student's study results exclusively for all types of work provided by the program of the academic discipline.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • current control: control work – 20 points; тest-express control (№ 1,2,3,4,5,6 for 5 points) - 30 points; • final control: control measure (test) written-oral form - 50 points.
