Learning outcomes: - to know: patterns of occurrence and manifestation of individual differences in the human psyche; features of individual, group and typological differences between people, which are manifested in the specifics of the organization of the nervous system and mental processes, intelligence and consciousness, in different personality traits and behavior; the content of psychological support for work activities; psychological characteristics of different types of professional activity; structural components of the ergatic system and conditions for its effective functioning; stages and features of professional development of the subject of work; the place and role of the psychologist in the modern organization; be able to: research individual, subject-content and spiritual-ideological qualities of individuality, peculiarities of self-consciousness, style characteristics of personality in the implementation of various activities; determine the essence of psychological phenomena in the process of professional activity; to carry out psychological analysis of professional activity; make professiograms of professions; identify psychological features of the subject of work; to research motives of professional activity; apply the acquired knowledge in the practical work of the psychologist.

Summary of the subject: The discipline deals with the patterns of functioning of the human psyche, the creative development of the person, the conditions of formation and development of professionalism of the individual, the forms and methods of ensuring his professional potential, features, mechanisms and methods of self-management and self-regulation of the individual in professional activity and competitive interaction. The discipline based on the experience and modern ideas about the psyche and personality in differential psychology and psychology of work. The study of this course provides an opportunity to master the system of scientific and psychological knowledge on the implementation of psychological analysis of professional activity, the use of methods of work psychology and differential psychology, as well as students to acquire the skills of using psychological tools to identify the psychological characteristics of the subject of work and the effective psychological support of the subject ect at all stages of his professional life.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control: written reports of practical work, oral questioning; - Final control: differentiated test. The maximum score - 100 points.
