Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes (RN): -Critically comprehend and analyze global processes and their impact on international relations; -Apply modern scientific approaches, methodologies and techniques to study the problems of international relations and foreign policy; -Collect, process and analyze information on the state of international relations, world politics and foreign policy of states; -Prepare analytical reports, reports, written and oral presentations of scientific and practical content, other documents on the state of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies; -Participate in professional discussions in the field of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies, respect opponents and their views, convey to professionals and the general public information, ideas, problems, solutions and personal experience on professional issues; -Know and understand scientific principles and research methodology in the field of international relations, public communications and regional studies; -Know and understand narrowly specialized (political, legal, security, social, communication, etc.) aspects of the development of the modern system of international relations and the place of Ukraine in it; -In communications to defend the patriotic state position on the place of Ukraine in the system of international relations; -Present and discuss the results obtained and transfer the acquired knowledge; Results of vocational training (RNS): -know and understand the social and communication aspects of the modern system of international relations; Communication (Com): -Ability in communications to defend the patriotic state position on the place of Ukraine in the system of international relations; -Ability to present and discuss the results obtained and transfer the acquired knowledge. Summary of the subject: Course content: -Political communications in the modern globalized information society. -Foreign political strategic communications in international relations (International Strategic Communications). -Domestic political communications. -Party and election communications in the system of political communicative interactions. -Advertising communications and advertising strategies in the political sphere and international relations. -Crisis communications and information and communication strategies in times of crisis. -Lobbying and lobbying communications in the system of political communicative interactions between government and the public. -Organizational and legal bases of communicative and information-analytical activity of bodies of state power and local self-government (ODVtaMSV) and features of realization of communicative policy of power structures. -E-government in public authorities and local governments. -The use of digital and Internet technologies in the activities of government institutions. -Organization of interaction (cooperation) of public authorities and local governments with the media. Media relations technologies. -Information and explanatory and advisory activities of public authorities and local governments. -Organization of interaction of government institutions with the public and civil society institutions (Technology "Feedback"). -Technologies for the preparation and publication of information and analytical materials as a form of coverage of the activities of government agencies. -Speechwriting and copywriting technologies in the system of political communications of public authorities and local governments. -Advertising and information activities and the use of technologies of political (and social) advertising by public authorities and local governments. -Image communications in the activities of government institutions.
