Summary of the subject: The life cycle of the product and types of product tests. The basic principles of testing. Classification and fault signs of digital devices. Features of of testing of digital circuits. Standard and optional equipment for testing. Built-in of testing. Software for testing and diagnosis. Fundamentals of the theory of electronic devices testing. Factors that affect the performance of electronic equipment.
Assessment methods and criteria: Oral examination, tests, design and graphic work (30%) Final control (70 %, control work, test): written-oral form(70 %)
