Characteristics of the educational program: Subject area of the educational-professional program – the field of state and municipal management and administration, market governing (Management and Administration, Public Management and Administration).
Educational-professional program is based on the well-known statements and results of modern scientific researches in public management and administration, macroeconomic processes, state regulation of the economy, budget policy, strategic analysis and management and directs at the topical specializations, which frame the possible future professional and scientific career: manager of public organization, manager in the field of environmental activities, eco-expert, manager in the field of economic competition, manager in international business.
Educational-professional program has 5 practical lines - public management and administration (administration management in public organizations), public management and administration (management in the field of economic competition), public management and administration (state ecological examination and licensing activity), public management and administration (public management of ecological technologies transfer), public management and administration (administration management in international business).
Gained competence: 1. The knowledge and understanding of scientific and mathematical principles, which are based the state and economic analysis.
2. The knowledge of the principles of professionally oriented subjects of the specialty in the field of public administration, state governing of the economy and insurance, budget policy, theory of competition and entrepreneurship, theoretical basis of world and national markets functioning, principles of financial and budget policies.
3. Deep knowledge in one of the fields of public management and administration – administration management in public organizations, management in the field of economic competition, state eco-expertise and licensing activity, public management of eco-technologies transfer, administration management in international business.
4. The understanding of instruments and strategies of market analysis, of private enterprise and public organization functioning.
5. The knowledge and understanding of methodologies of expert and estimation activity, commitment of legislative acts, formation of proposals for improving them.
6. The knowledge of modern situation in the development of state, regions, communities and skills to improve them including the basis of international cooperation.
7. Having enough knowledge of the influence of factors on the making public and private managerial decisions in civic, social, economic, ecological context.
8. The knowledge of the principles of European standards of public management and administration.
9. The knowledge and understanding of basic principles of fulfilment of public management by state eco-expertise and licensing activity.
10. The knowledge and understanding of theoretical and applied aspects of fulfilment of ecological technologies transfer in the field of public management and administration.
11. To use knowledge and understanding for identification, formulation and fulfilling the managerial and administrative tasks of the specialty using the famous methods.
12. To use knowledge and understanding for tackling the problems of synthesis and analysis in the systems, which are typical for the chosen specialty.

14. To use knowledge of economic, political, social and other characteristics of public organization, administration, local authority for making managerial tasks of the specialty.
