Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module, the student have to: 1.1. To have the basics of regulation of stress situations in public organizations. 1.2. To be able to identify stress-competence positions and ensure appropriate staff recruitment of public organizations. 1.3. To perform diagnostics of stress stability and emotional intelligence of civil servants and to provide opportunities for their increasing and improvement. 1.4. To identify and analyze the propensity for selection of specific coping strategies by employees of public organizations. 1.5. To posses and use in practice modern techniques of time management, self-monitoring and self-organization methods, in order to increase their own productivity. 1.6. To use modern methods of time management in public organizations.

Summary of the subject: Approaches to the definition of "stress" as a category of management. Basics of stress management in public organizations. Features of staffing of public organizations in accordance with stress-competence of civil servants. Diagnostics methods of coping strategies and emotional intelligence of staff of public organizations. Measures of increasing the stress stability of personnel of public organizations. Legal principles of ensuring the necessary level of stress in personnel in public organizations. Time management system in public organizations. Self-monitoring and self-motivation of a civil servant.
