Learning outcomes: As a result of studying of the module the student has to: • to understand a role and the place of the crisis market in the organization; • to get acquainted with the main category device of the analysis of the market and crisis management; • to seize a technique of adoption of effective decisions in the conditions of uncertainty and risk, in crisis situations; • to study modern technologies of the analysis of the market; • to gain practical experience of application of methods of definition of factors of development of the situation;

Summary of the subject: Studying of laws and other normative legal acts, the analysis of activity of subjects of public management, connected with realization of administrative functions in the ways defined in instructions, regulations and procedures which concentrates on introduction in life of directives, orders, orders and t. Studying of imperious influence on viability of people from public authorities, local government and public organizations by use of set of methods (economic, administrative, information and psychological, etc.). For the purpose of achievement of the objectives of social development.

Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes of this discipline: 1. Ability to use theoretical knowledge and form professional competence in public administration, its essence and system, legal principles, tasks and functions, forms and methods of public administration. The ability to find and test something new, something that was not before in the structure of production, in society or society. And also to allocate the basic signs of business, functions and models, forms and methods, its organization. 2. Ability to organize the work of public authorities through local information networks and segments of the global information network, which ensures the functioning of government in real time and makes it as simple and accessible daily communication with them of citizens, legal entities and non-governmental organizations. 3. Ability to apply tools and strategies of market analysis, the functioning of private enterprise and public organization. Ability to collect, study and make decisions based on the analysis of large amounts of data on the state, society and the world around us, identify invisible patterns, revolutionize the decision-making process in public administration, health, education, economics, business and almost all other fields human activity.

The concept of public services and their types. Methods of market analysis. Macro-environment and micro-environment in market research. Analysis of the dynamics and sustainability of market development. The concept of crisis and classification of crisis phenomena. The concept of crisis management and technology of its implementation. Crisis communications in public administration and administration.
