Learning outcomes: - knowledge of the basic principles of competitive market; - knowledge of the competitive behavior of economic entities in the markets and the determinants of their competitive development; - determining the impact of the competition on the profitability of enterprises, tier business reputation, consumer rights; - operating the management aspects of competitive relations, taking into account the peculiarities of public-private partnership, innovation, socio-economic aspects of competitive development.
Required prior and related subjects: theoretical actions in the world, European and international institutions, antitrust regulation
Summary of the subject: - characteristics of international public bodies whose activities affect the formation of commodity markets; - world markets: signs and features of functioning; - peculiarities of foreign economic activity of subjects when entering the world markets; - state support for subjects to enter global markets; - use of trademarks, brands and technologies in entering new markets; - peculiarities of creation of subsidiaries in the development of new markets: interaction with public authorities; - partnership as a way to enter world markets; - the use of investment in finished products when entering the target market; - public-business cooperation in the quality management system; - public-business cooperation in the formulation and implementation of environmental policy by economic entities.
