The concept of value and loss of value in business. 4. Tools for building empathy. 5. Tools for in-depth interviews. 6. Methods of data analysis during customer research. 7. Methodology for finding key insights. 8. Methods of generating ideas. 9. Methods of prototyping solutions. 10. Practical work on a real business case Deloitte in the format of a two-day hackathon, based on the methodology of design thinking.
