Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - assess the nature and nature of social processes and phenomena, and show understanding of the boundaries and mechanisms of their legal regulation; - collect, integrated analysis and generalization of materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test and others, and check them for authenticity using modern research methods; - reasonably formulate their legal position, be able to oppose, evaluate evidence and provide convincing arguments; - discuss complex legal issues, propose and justify options for their solution; - analyze and evaluate the practice of applying individual legal institutions; - substantiate the legal position at different stages of law enforcement; - have practical skills in solving problems related to the implementation of procedural functions of law enforcement agencies; - integrate the necessary knowledge and solve complex problems of law enforcement in various areas of professional activity; - specialized conceptual knowledge, which includes modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or field of knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and research; - critical understanding of problems in the field and on the border of the field of knowledge; - ability to integrate knowledge and solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts; - clear unambiguous communication of own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students.
Required prior and related subjects: Administrative law, administrative process, problems of administrative proceedings in Ukraine, consideration of certain categories of cases by administrative courts, territorial and jurisdictional jurisdiction of cases by administrative courts.
Summary of the subject: The discipline "Actual problems of administrative law and process (judicial practice)" explores theoretical and practical issues related to the problems of administrative law and process. The reform of the judicial system and judicial practice are analyzed, as well as the prospects for the introduction of judicial precedent as a source of law in Ukraine. Decisions of judicial bodies in the system of sources of administrative law and process, as well as problems of application of administrative responsibility are investigated.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnosing academic success, forms of measuring the level of knowledge acquisition in the discipline are: - oral examination in practical classes; - presentation at practical classes (with an abstract, report, discussion, etc .; - testing students' knowledge on the relevant topic of the lecture course; - written test (answers to the questions of the lecture course, solving practical problems, test tasks, etc.). Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: Current control - 40 points Exam - 60 points In total for the discipline - 100 points.
