Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - assess the nature and nature of social processes and phenomena, and show understanding of the boundaries and mechanisms of their legal regulation; - to correlate the modern system of civilizational values with legal values, principles and professional ethical standards; - to present his research on the legal topic, using primary sources and methods of legal interpretation of complex complex problems arising from this study, to argue the conclusions; - assess the reliability of information and reliability of sources, effectively process and use information for research and practical activities; - analyze and evaluate the practice of applying individual legal institutions; - substantiate the legal position at different stages of law enforcement.
Required prior and related subjects: Information law, legal support of information security, e-government in public administration, problems of legal regulation of information and communication sphere.
Summary of the subject: The discipline "Problems of Information Law" explores theoretical and practical issues related to the problems of legal regulation of relations arising in the field of formation and circulation of information in Ukraine. Topical issues of information law are studied; problems of information legal relations; legal bases of the state information policy; problems of legal regulation of information activity of mass media; legal regimes of access to information; problems of legal liability in the information sphere.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnosing academic success, forms of measuring the level of knowledge acquisition in the discipline are: - oral examination in practical classes; - presentation at practical classes (with an abstract, report, discussion, etc .; - testing students' knowledge on the relevant topic of the lecture course; - written test (answers to the questions of the lecture course, solving practical problems, test tasks, etc.). Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: Current control - 40 points Exam - 60 points In total for the discipline - 100 points.
