Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline "Problems of administrative proceedings in Ukraine" the student must demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - collect, integrated analysis and generalization of materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test and others, and check them for authenticity using modern research methods - to present his research on the legal topic, using primary sources and methods of legal interpretation of complex complex problems arising from this study, to argue the conclusions. - analyze and evaluate the practice of applying individual legal institutions. - have practical skills in solving problems related to the implementation of procedural functions of law enforcement entities. - be able to identify and analyze the problems of administrative proceedings in Ukraine. - have specialized conceptual knowledge, which includes modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or field of knowledge and is the basis for original thinking and research. - have specialized problem-solving skills required for research and / or innovation in order to develop new knowledge and procedures - to make clear and unambiguous communication of own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students - responsibility for contributing to professional knowledge and practice and / or evaluating the performance of teams and teams
Required prior and related subjects: Previous disciplines: current issues of administrative law and process (case law). Related and the following disciplines: consideration of certain categories of cases by administrative courts; territorial and jurisdictional jurisdiction of cases by administrative courts.
Summary of the subject: Administrative justice is one of the leading branches of the domestic legal system, which is designed to protect the rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and legal entities by public authorities and local governments, their officials and officials in the field of public relations. Judicial mechanism for the protection of human rights eliminates arbitrariness on the part of state bodies, ensuring the implementation of the principle of its responsibility for its activities to man.
Assessment methods and criteria: The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale and are distributed as follows: - 40 points - current control; - 60 points - exam. Forms and means of control over the study of the discipline are: • oral questioning at seminars; • presentation at seminars (with a report, discussion, etc.); • group work in seminars; • exam.

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of student learning outcomes is carried out in accordance with the 100-point assessment scale established at the National University "Lviv Polytechnic", in accordance with the Regulations on rating assessment of student achievements. The main conditions for obtaining an assessment are as follows: 100-88 points - course work is done on time, independently, provides full disclosure of the topic. The subject of the research is correctly defined. The purpose and objectives are clearly defined and implemented in the study. The author uses modern analytical and methodological tools.The work is characterized by high quality and depth of theoretical and methodological analysis, critical review of literary sources, the presence of scientific issues. Generalizations and conclusions are based on a qualitatively developed information base, which allows to clearly define the author's position. The paper develops significant aspects of the implementation of recommendations. The answer is substantiated, illustrated with impeccably designed visual materials, testifies to the formulation of the student's own opinion on the subject of research and is logical, complete. The answers to the questions are correct and concise; 87-71 points - course work done on time, theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the analytical part, mostly correct. However, there are insignificant shortcomings in the identified logic of the connection of measures proposed to solve problems, the rationale that affects the depth of personal analysis of factual information by the student. The use of modern analytical tools is limited. The student's answer is full of factual information that reflects the relevant results of the study. The answers to the questions are correct, but not always complete or specific; 70-50 points - the topic of the work is mainly disclosed, but there are shortcomings of a substantive nature. The theoretical and analytical part and proposals are substantiated unconvincingly, there are no reasoned author's generalizations and conclusions. There are remarks on the logic and sequence of the presented material, which is mainly descriptive. The work is carelessly decorated. The student does not have individual questions of the topic, not all answers to the questions are correct or complete. Visual materials do not fully reflect the content of the work performed; 49-0 points - there is no logic in building the structure of the study. There is no understanding of the purpose, tasks, subject of research in the work. The names of individual sections do not correspond to their content. Theoretical analysis and determination of the state of the processes that are the subject of consideration are of a compilation nature, there are no references to the used literature sources. There is no independence of judgment in the proposed recommendations and proposals. The design of the work has significant shortcomings. The report does not reflect the content of the work performed, most of the answers to the questions are incorrect, the student does not know the subject of research. There are no visual materials to protect the work.Work to protect is not allowed. The work was submitted in violation of the deadlines set by the regulations. The supervisor's response is negative. The student does not own the submitted material, is not oriented in the subject of research. The logic of the presented material is broken. Section titles do not match the content. The content of the sections is unrelated. The design of the work does not meet the requirements.
