Мета вивчення дисципліни: Formation of practical skills for developing the concept of an architectural object based on a comprehensive analysis of the cultural and historical context, assessment of prospects for the development of the territory, creation of algorithms for the functioning of the object and the territory in the urban environment, modeling of the architectural form taking into account the features of the surrounding space, modern trends in world architecture.

Ability to solve architectural and urban planning problems in new or unfamiliar environments in the presence of incomplete or limited information, taking into account aspects of social and ethical responsibility. The ability to analyze, develop and implement architectural and urban planning solutions taking into account socio-demographic, national-ethnic, natural-climatic, engineering-technical factors and sanitary-hygienic, safety, energy-saving, ecological, technical-economic requirements. SK05. Ability to develop and implement projects in the field of architecture and urban planning, design and interior design SK07. Ability to project modeling and research of conceptual, natural and computer models of objects of architecture and urban planning. SK08. Learning outcomes: PH03. Carry out pre-project analysis of architectural and urban planning objects and territories PH04. To understand and apply in practical activities the theoretical and practical principles of designing innovative objects of urban planning, residential, public, industrial buildings and structures, reconstruction and restoration of architectural objects, methods of achieving a rational architectural and planning, volume-spatial, constructive solution, ensuring socio-economic efficiency, environmental friendliness, energy efficiency PH05. Know, understand and evaluate the characteristics of modern building materials, products and technologies, take into account their features when developing innovative design solutions for buildings and structures, in interior projects, improvement projects of urban and landscape areas, in the reconstruction and restoration of monuments of architecture and urban planning PH06. Ensure the harmonization of architectural objects and the subject environment, in particular with the application of the principles and methods of the theory of design of the architectural environment, exterior and interior of buildings PH07. Carry out project modeling, choose digital technologies and software tools for solving problems of a research and innovation nature, develop and implement projects in the field of architecture and urban planning, prepare appropriate scientific and technical documentation, make models and visual illustrative materials PH08. Organize work on complex architectural and urban planning projects, cooperation with customers and the public in the development, coordination and public discussion of architectural projects; it is understandable to convey one's own conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists PH09. Summary of the subject: The discipline allows you to master the skills and abilities in developing the concept of an architectural object based on a comprehensive analysis of the cultural and historical context, assessing the prospects for the development of the territory, creating algorithms for the functioning of the object and the territory in the urban environment, modeling the architectural form taking into account the features of the surrounding space, modern world architectural trends. While studying the discipline, students acquire practical experience of conducting pre-project analytical studies, in particular: identify problems and potential of the territory, analyze the needs of residents, and also acquire practical skills in developing the concept of an architectural object, in particular, model the algorithms of the functioning of the object and the territory, implement them in the functional-spatial organization of the territory and object and architectural forms of the object. Using a wide range of infographics and architectural graphics, students acquire skills in the graphic presentation of their idea (the concept of an architectural object) in an understandable and artistically expressive form to the customer.

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: assessment of two clauses and their protection, preliminary presentation of completed project drawings. Final control: review of the course project, differentiated assessment
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: availability of all necessary drawings and visualizations; professionalism and quality of execution of drawings and visualizations; the quality of the graphic design of the course project; level of presentation of the course project.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
