Learning outcomes: • know the systems of organizational activity of the enterprise and their divisions to ensure the efficient use of energy resources, in particular, electricity and heat; • be able to monitor and audit and analyze the use of energy resources; enterprises as a whole for the functioning of the energy use control system; • be able to implement an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001.

Summary of the subject: General characteristics of housing and communal services enterprises, state of energy consumption and energy efficiency. Energy efficiency of residential and public buildings and management of energy efficiency in housing and communal services. Current control of energy consumption at the facility, energy indicators of the facility, determinants of energy consumption levels, procedures and practices of energy management, energy management information systems, measures to improve energy efficiency, investment projects and implementation of measures. Organizational and economic aspects of ISO 50001 "Energy Management Systems". Development and implementation of procedures for targeted dissemination of information on energy use in relation to the objectives, performance and adjustments of targets. Principles and approaches of differentiation of savings by divisions of the enterprise from increase of efficiency of energy use. Planning, organizing and conducting pre-certification procedures for energy use analysis at the facility.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written report on laboratory and calculation work, oral examination (30%); • final control - exam: test form (70%).
