Learning outcomes: • know the tasks of energy management and ways to implement their energy management system and the sequence of their implementation; • be able to study the distribution and levels of energy consumption at the facility, to ensure their optimal use for both production and non-production needs.
Required prior and related subjects: • basics of heat engineering, • basics of renewable energy.
Summary of the subject: Current control of energy consumption at the facility, energy indicators of the facility, determinants of energy consumption levels, procedures and practices of energy management, energy management information systems, measures to improve energy efficiency, investment projects and implementation of measures.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Oral questioning (40%), • Final control (control measure – test): written and oral form (60%).
