Learning outcomes: 1. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and comprehension of the scientific and mathematical principles underlying geodesy and land management to solve the problems of geoinformatics and terrestrial photogrammetric surveying; 2. Apply knowledge and comprehension to identify, formulate and solve technical problems of geoinformatics and terrestrial photogrammetric surveying; 3. Comprehension of basic aspects and concepts of geodesy and land management and their application in solving problems of geomatics; 4. Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of photogrammetry and geoinformatics to solve geomatics problems; 5. Apply knowledge and comprehension to solve the problems of synthesis and analysis in systems specific to the fields of photogrammetry and geoinformatics; 6. Understanding the principles of thematic geoinformation modeling; 7. Knowledge and ability to practically use special structures and formats for storing geodata and geoinformation modeling of the terrain; 8. Be able to use the procedures and functions of ArcGIS software to handle heterogeneous location data.

Summary of the subject: Network data structures. Attribute information. Methods to display density on the map. Density maps of discrete objects. Classification of geodata. Search for objects in the middle of the area. Integration of geoinformation and photogrammetric technologies. The concept of terrestrial photogrammetry. Geometric and analytical dependencies of spatial data in terrestrial photogrammetry. Application of terrestrial photogrammetry in various fields.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written reports on laboratory works, oral questioning, control work, individual homeworks (40%) • final control (intermediate tests, control measure, exam): written-oral form (60%)

Learning outcomes: 1. To use the theoretical foundations of photogrammetry and remote sensing to solve practical tasks of geodesy and land management. 2. To know modern software for processing remote sensing data to solve practical tasks of geodesy and land management. 3. To be able to apply analytical algorithms for obtaining spatial data about objects based on remote sensing data. 4. Promptly and qualitatively perform the task of obtaining spatial data based on remote sensing data.
