Learning outcomes: INT. Ability to solve complex specialized problems and practical problems of geodesy and land management using modern technologies, theoretical positions and methods of studying the physical surface of the Earth, its shape, size and gravitational field, measurements on the earth's surface to reflect it on plans and maps, to develop connection of various scientific and practical tasks. PCO 4.2. Selection of methods, means and equipment for monetary valuation of real estate, PCO 4.6. Collect, process, store, present and analyze data on the real estate market and transactions concluded on it, real estate transactions at auction, commercial or investment competition, PCO 4.9. Know the basis of evaluation and features of their application, the basics of the theory of value for money over time, common methods for determining capitalization rates and discounts, PCO 4.11. Have general requirements for the formation of a report on the expert monetary valuation of real estate, the functions and content of its review, PL4.2. Know and understand the legal and methodological basis of mathematical methods and models in the valuation of land and real estate. PL4.5. Demonstrate knowledge on the organization and management of land cadastral production, land and real estate appraisal work. РL4.6. Have the methods of geospatial cadastral data to implement management decisions in the field of cadastre, land management and real estate appraisal.

Summary of the subject: In the process of evaluation, alternative uses of the evaluated objects are generated and evaluated, and decisions are made on their optimal use.
